Change Management Team
This project was undertaken in the Summer of 2016, when I was initially onboarded as a Communications Analyst for the Change Management team of the Workday@UT HR/Payroll System.

Although I am unable to showcase the breadth of my work due to NDAs, I can say that I was a big part in facilitating workflow strategies and creating an internal communications strategy during our reset phase, in order to reduce barriers and eliminate siloes, where duplicative work was a major obstacle. Having workstreams be in communication with each other more effectively helped our team achieve major milestones in our implementation.

I learned the value of having a "Reset" phase during a project implementation, and was tasked with running focus groups, creating Qualtrics surveys, writing recommendation reports for our CFO - Darrell Bazzell - and understanding the needs of our University leadership, stakeholders, and team.
